Overview

Care for people is at the core of Eldor’s growth. We do not like calling our staff employees but “collaborators”, people who work together for a common aim, and we have given them a pleasant, safe and sustainable workplace.

Dear colleagues of ELDOR around the world

today our company has reached its 50-year milestone and my greatest dream is that it will live forever.

No organisation can possibly survive without a sound value base, as history has shown again and again. Without values, organisations only live for a brief time. Only a very few have managed to exist across time, because their leadership was founded on universal principles, making them ideal places in which to live.

Economy and ethics cannot exist without the other, and only when placed side by side are they able to change the world. Economy without ethics creates monsters, and ethics without economy adds no value to reality.

In a statement addressing all Eldor’s collaborators, the President, Pasquale Forte, spoke about the importance of preserving the tight bond between economics and ethics, as only in this way can a company survive in the long term.

Eldor is searching for skilled young professionals and graduates in engineering, economics or other STEM subjects to place within our various sectors. Come and join our team!

Eldor Academy

Eldor Academy is the corporate school of the Eldor Group.

Eldor sees training as an indispensable tool for achieving our required standards of economic performance and in terms of creating value, especially in a continuously innovating environment and an extremely competitive market.

During 2023, people working in the Eldor Group took 61,000 training hours held in the form of courses, conventions, workshops and seminars.

We have set up numerous arrangements with universities, institutions running master’s degrees and secondary schools, both in Italy and internationally. Among the options offered to students are our graduate program and various internships, traineeships and periods of work experience. Students can also prepare their dissertation within Eldor.

Every year, Eldor is present at university career days and participates in educational programmes to spread know-how within the local area.

We place training among the indispensable tools for achieving our required standards of economic performance and in terms of creating value. Find out more about the “Eldor Academy”, the Group’s corporate school.

Corporate social responsibility

If a company wishes to be for the common good, it must first respect all who work there, all those who contribute. I love to say that in ELDOR we have no “employees”, but rather teammates and supporters. I like to think that all the people who work in our company believe in it, working with commitment and enthusiasm to increase our wealth and competitiveness.
Being for the common good, our company is at the core of the community and, if we give it this role, this can breed a sense of happiness.

Eldor’s is fully committed towards ecological community, its collaborators, the local community, health and safety, welfare and environmental responsibility.
