Several training programs are held in order to advice colleagues on how manage themselves, their work and their team.
In Eldor Izmir, “Suggestion Box” enables staff to make written suggestions in order to improve quality, efficiency, health and safety of work and life in company. Each suggestion is reviewed carefully and feedback is given to the owner of the suggestion.
Numerous events are regularly planned at Izmir for the well-being of Eldor’s employees.
These can be small occasions such as Women's Day (8 March), when every woman working at the plant is given a small gift.
Every year Eldor holds a “Welcome to Summer Picnic”, now a tradition missed by no one, where staff enjoy the challenge of a number of tournaments organised for the event.
Another opportunity to bring staff and their families together for fun is Eldor’s “New Year’s Dinner”, where everyone is entertained by music, dancing, gifts and unexpected creative surprises.
Every 6 months Eldor organizes “Selfie Day” to share Eldor’s recent developments, changes and new projects with all colleagues in order to strengthen the communication.
Finally, successes in every area are shared with staff and celebrations are organized to improve engagement.
